Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Platform.
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
By posting User Content, you grant Happy Divorce a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
Happy Divorce reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, in its sole discretion.
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Happy Divorce, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Happy Divorce makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform. You expressly agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
In no event shall Happy Divorce, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Divorce, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
Happy Divorce may terminate your access to the Platform, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
